It’s been a long time since I’ve updated this website. While I did have plans for it last year, I haven’t been able to focus on it like I wanted to. I do want to improve the site and do more with it. That’s one of the goals for this year. Here are some things I plan to do whether it’s on the website or socials.
2026 Goals
This year the focus is content creation. As you can see from the graphic, I have highlighted a few things that I plan to do and to improve.
- Focus on writing my novel everyday (or at least try) and finish it this year.
- Sharing my writing process.
- Post more frequently on my website.
- Create content and videos.
- Create new bookish designs for Inked in Stardust Etsy Shop.
Those are just a few of the things I have planned for this year. I do want to share more and interact with those of you who have been following me for years since I’ve been involved with the Backstreet Boys fandom. I will do more bookish type content. Posting about the books I’m reading, books in general, my thoughts on writing, and more.
When it comes to making videos of myself I tend to be shy and anxious. So, it takes me a while to film a video of myself. I am working on that and plan to make a video introducing myself, talking about my experiences in the Backstreet Boys fandom, owning a fan site for twelve years, and what I’ve done over the years. While some of my followers are Backstreet Boys’ fans and followed from my Nick Carter fan pages not everyone who follows me is. I felt this would be a good way to introduce myself.
Rewriting Novel in First Person POV
Over the last few years you may have noticed I mentioned working on a novel. Originally it was being written in third person POV. After being inspired by some books I read last year and watching ‘The Summer I Turned Pretty,’ I decided to change that. It’ll be in the main characters POV. This means I’ll be rewriting what I had written. I will still include what I’ve written and the plot will remain the same. You’ll just get the perspective of the characters, what they’re feeling, and their thoughts rather than of a narrator. It’ll be a long process, but I know in order to improve the story and make it the best it can be, you have to make necessary changes. My plan is to try to make time every day to write as much as I can. Whether it’s spending twenty minutes or an hour on it.
As I work on my novel I will try to give everyone a glimpse into the story and the process. It may not always be on the website so make sure you’re following me on social media.

Etsy Shop Update
I have some new ideas for bookish merch for the Etsy shop that I will work on. I don’t know when these items will be ready, but once they’re available you’ll be the first to hear about it. Many readers use Kindles, such as myself, so I will be working on some designs and items for the Kindle. In the meantime, you can visit the shop and check out what is available now.
